The grounding cord has a resistance of 98 kilo ohms, which is a safety resistance and will not affect the grounding effect. The sheets are made of pure natural fabrics and will naturally shrink by 4%-6%. Adding an anti-shrinking agent could prevent this, but it may be harmful to your skin, so we have not done so. Washing Instructions: You can use detergent and dry the sheet at low temperatures, but avoid high-temperature drying.

Preparation: Ensure the multimeter is working and set it to the resistance (Ω) mode. Turn off the power to the circuit and wear protective gear if necessary.

Testing: Connect the black probe to the COM terminal and the red probe to the VΩ terminal on the multimeter. Place one probe on the grounding wire and the other on a known ground point. Read the resistance on the multimeter.

Interpreting Results: Expect a resistance reading around 100 kΩ due to the built-in resistor. If the reading significantly deviates from 100 kΩ, there may be an issue with the grounding connection or the built-in resistor.
